Wetland Permit Applications
As a member of your design team, while your project is planned and designed, Acorn will prepare a wetland permit application. With assistance from the engineers and surveyors this comprehensive application will be submitted to the Local Governmental Unit (LGU) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for review and approval.
The review process, often taking up to 60 days, involves the Technical Evaluation Panel (TEP) made up of several agencies such as the BWSR, DNR, Watershed District, NRCS County, City and the COE. Acorn's wetland scientists will help inform you of the rules and regulations and monitor the permit application, to minimize delay, as it is processed. It may take answers to questions over the phone or a presentation of the project to represent you and discuss wetland issues at staff meetings and public hearings. Acorn has the experience to help you with your wetland permit application needs.
